The mission of the Palmer Woods’ Association is to address the concerns of the neighborhood and preserve the beauty of our community. We maintain the garden areas; employ snow removal services and private security. We encourage all neighbors to join the association. The annual membership is $495. Your participation ensures all can enjoy the quality of life we have come to expect in Palmer Woods. The membership also includes a subscription to the neighborhood newsletter, The Post.
The Association's Board is an all volunteer board elected from the neighborhood. The Board meets monthly. Elections are yearly and conducted at the Annual Association Members Meeting. The Board updates the Association Members at the Annual Association Members Meeting. Click to see latest board and committee members. We have various committees that organize get-to-know-your-neighbor events including the Family Block Party, and the Holiday Home Tour.
